The Texas Center for Medical and Surgical Weight Loss was established exclusively for the advanced medical and surgical treatment of morbidly obese individuals. Our multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals is highly knowledgeable in medical and surgical methods that promote long-term weight control.
Each patient receives an evaluation to assess the right combination of therapies to lose weight and improve their health. A comprehensive treatment plan is designed to promote weight loss and to reduce the medical complications caused by the disease. Patients receive a detailed Patient Care Manual of the ongoing treatment plan. Our team continuously monitors each individual's special needs for dietary, exercise, and mental health to sustain weight loss. Surgeries are performed at ASMBS-designated Centers of Excellence. State of the art equipment is used in specialized operating rooms at all facilities, and patients are cared for by nursing staff specially trained to care for bariatric patients. |
